Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in new condition, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
Items that have been used or purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues)
For sizing problems, we offer the option to purchase a new size at a subsidized price.
Please note:
– This service is available once per order.
– Up to two items per order may be replaced under this subsidized option.
– If the newly selected size is still not suitable, a regular purchase will be required without further subsidy.
– This option applies to sizing issues only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with a clear photo, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped.
Once the package has been dispatched, the order can only be handled through the standard return process.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days.
